Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to a website every patient can use — independently and comfortably.

Our Commitment

Berg-Feinfield Vision Correction is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. As an eye care practice, accessibility is close to our mission: many of our own patients experience low vision, and we want every visitor to be able to learn about their care options independently.

Standards We Aim For

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Measures we take include descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-navigable menus and interactive elements, clear heading structure on every page, and text that can be resized without loss of functionality.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We review the site as content is added and work to remedy issues as they are identified. Some third-party content embedded on the site — such as maps, videos, payment portals, and appointment forms — is provided by outside vendors, and we cannot always control its accessibility; where possible, we provide accessible alternatives such as phone scheduling.

Need Assistance or Found a Problem?

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or if you encounter content that is not accessible to you, please tell us. Call 866-2-SEE-FAR (866-273-3327) or reach us through our contact page, and we will provide the information you need through an alternative method and work to fix the underlying issue.

In Our Offices

All five Berg-Feinfield locations welcome patients with disabilities. If you have specific accessibility needs for an upcoming visit — mobility, hearing, vision, or otherwise — let us know when scheduling and we will make arrangements.

We Are Here to Help
