Online Self-Tests
Our online vision correction self-test and cataract self-test are educational screening tools only. Their results do not constitute a diagnosis or a determination of candidacy for any procedure. Candidacy for LASIK, cataract surgery, or any other procedure can only be determined through a comprehensive in-office evaluation.
Appointment Requests and Communications
Submitting an appointment request through this Site does not guarantee an appointment until it is confirmed by our staff.
